Joost van Onna
Researcher: Joost van Onna (1976) studied social psychology and criminology.
He is - among other activities - currently working on his PhD thesis about the influence of the life-course development and social environments on compliance to rules and laws, at the VU University of Amsterdam. Through his work, thesis and his long-term stay in South America, he is fascinated by the functioning and strength of informal self-regulating systems.
