DEAF welcomes Het Nieuwe Instituut for architecture, design and e-culture as one of the festival's lead partners! DEAF and Het Nieuwe instituut will be working on the DEAF 2014 program together, furthermore Het Nieuwe Instituut will be DEAF 2014’s main venue where the exhibition, the professional program and performances will take place.
