Frances Brazier

Prof. Dr. Frances Brazier chairs the Systems Engineering Group of the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, Delft University of Technology.

The group's research focuses on the design of complex, emergent  participatory systems in merging realities - distributed adaptive reflective systems (of systems) within the Participatory Systems Initiative. Over the past 30 years, her research has focused on the design and (self-management) of social technical systems from multiple perspectives with an interdisciplinary background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, HCI and Artificial Intelligence.
